Industrial electrician training with subsequent electrical engineering studies, specializing in automation technology. Initially working as a development engineer in sensor technology. In 2012, Sebastian started his career at PROBAT, where he supervised the technical clarification of internal and external software projects. Afterward, he took over the position of Head of Software Engineering & IT. In 2022, he was promoted to Executive Vice President Electrical Engineering. In this position, he drives the further development of PROBAT's pioneering digital solutions.

Sebastian is also a member of the operational advisory board of Fabscale GmbH.
