SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)
in the department Service Organisation & Management for the Probat Service GmbH.
Your tasks
- Preparation and elaboration of service quotations
- Calculation of service costs including required assembly and auxiliary materials
- Order processing in form of commercial and technical clarification and checking
- Planning of project flows including schedule coordination and monitoring
- Claims management for repair and maintenance orders
- Maintenance of the data base in ERP system
- Occasional international business trips
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical training with good commercial understanding
- Relevant professional experience
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Routine handling of MS Office, MS Teams and AMS
- High service orientation with corresponding communication skills
- Target-orientated and solution-oriented way of working
