PROBAT employees meet regularly in various in-house groups to improve individual performance potential, cohesion among each other and thus ultimately the overall working atmosphere. The group activities organized within the framework of the PROBAT Health Circle serve specifically to promote occupational health. In addition to the regular running and swimming club, there is also advisory assistance on topics such as balanced nutrition and mental health. The range of company-sponsored, preventive physiotherapy measures rounds off the portfolio of regular activities of the Health Circle. With the fruit day that takes place every Tuesday, PROBAT also helps its employees to eat a healthy and balanced diet.
Furthermore, individual campaigns by external institutions, such as the German Bone Marrow Donor Center (DKMS), are specifically supported. Thus, PROBAT has already carried out tissue feature typing several times in the past to identify suitable stem cell donors. A total of more than 100 PROBAT employees are now registered in the bone marrow donor file as potential helpers in the fight against blood cancer.
